Ingrain takes care of the reminding, so your team does not have to.
Every team has work that is easy to lose track of. Some of it comes up rarely, so it gets forgotten until it is already late. Other tasks come up so often that people are sure they handled them when they did not. The tasks themselves are not hard. They are just hard to remember at the right moment.
We kept running into this in our own work. We are a team based in Norway, and we built the tool we wished we had: a way to turn work that depends on memory into procedures a team can rely on, so the right person is reminded at the right time.
Work should not depend on memory or on chasing people. A team runs best when everyone can see what needs doing, who owns it, and who gets notified when a deadline is missed. The right person should know the moment something needs them, not a week later.
Ingrain is still in development. We are working to finalise it and shape it around how teams actually work. Our goal is a tool a team can trust to carry its routines.
